  • Each Birth and Baby is unique. Through intuition, education and exploration we navigate this journey together, discovering your needs and desires for an empowered birth experience.

    Includes:

    3 Prenatal visits (up to 4 hrs each)

    On call at 37 weeks

    Full Birth Support

    1 Postpartum visit (up to 4 hrs)

  • The Mini — Abbreviated but Impactful Education, Attunement & Support 

    Includes:

    3 Virtual Prenatal prep sessions (1-2 hrs each) and unlimited text/phone/email follow-ups

    On-call remote birth support from 37 weeks onward for duration of labor

    Postpartum check-ins and referrals as needed

    Full Birth Support

    Option 1: 200 postpartum support hours spread over 4-6 weeks

    Option 2: 400 postpartum support hours spread over 8-10 weeks

  • Confinement plus! Guardianship of the sacred home space via Live-In support — taking care of baby, parents & siblings, customized postpartum nourishment, and baby-related household management. This allows you to thrive, not just survive.

    When desired, standard Postpartum services are supplemented with custom ceremonial experiences.

    Includes:

    Live-In Postpartum support for 16 weeks, 35-55 hrs per week

  • Enjoy 1:1 time with me for prenatals, processing or recovery in my private Oakland art studio for classical pilates, crystal singing bowls and creative expression.

    As Add-on: $250 per session (~ 2 hrs)
